Mt. Bruce Station's Annual Sheep and Wool Festival

September 28, 2013 - September 29, 2013
Romeo, MI

Mt. Bruce Station is located in a tranquil setting with the Eastlake style farmhouse, various outbuildings, abundant cottage gardens and perennial borders is tucked up into the borders of Oakland, Macomb and Lapeer counties at the base of the "thumb" of Michigan. The privately owned renovated 1920's dairy farm is barely an hour’s drive from the hustle and bustle of city life.

Come and experience a day "at the farm" by enjoying a leisurely walk around the farm, smell the beautiful perennial flowers we grow ourselves to dye wool with and we also collect from surrounding woods, fields and other areas for a native collection.

Farm & Flock Music will fill the air as always. Our Festival Highland Piper will return again this year along with a new line up of Blue Grass Musicians and a” One Man Band”.

A Variety of Vendors from all over will be back to show and demonstrate some of their unique age-old crafts so you may bring home a personal memory from your "day at the farm"!

This is one weekend a year that you can become part of a real working farm!
