Nominate an Outstanding Individual

Oct. 24, 2003 -- The officers of the American Sheep Industry Association (ASI) decided to bring back the ASI Awards Program.

The awards program allows producers and industry affiliates a chance to nominate individuals they feel have benefited the industry over the last year. Individuals who are chosen to receive the awards will be honored during the ASI Annual Convention in Sacramento, Calif., Jan. 21-24, 2004. Six awards are available for nomination: McClure Silver Ram Award, Camptender Award, Flock Guardian Award, Shepherd?s Voice Award for Print Media, Shepherd?s Voice Award for Broadcast Media and Environmental Stewardship Award. Award nominations must be received at the ASI office before Nov. 15, 2003. Past award recipients are not eligible for re-nomination.
