$10 Million in RBS Funding Available

The U.S. Department of Agriculture?s Rural Business-Cooperative Service announced via notice in the Sept. 11, 2003, Federal Register the availability of $10 million in fiscal year 2003 funds for the establishment of agriculture innovation centers to provide assistance to agricultural producers in the development of value-added businesses.

The deadline for receipt of an application is 4 p.m. Eastern Time on Sept. 16, 2003.
