If you have ever contemplated attending the Ranching for Profit school, now is the time to seize the opportunity.
The Ranching for Profit school is offering 30 $1,000 scholarships payable toward tuition on a first come, first served basis. The Ranching for Profit school offers the knowledge, tools and insights ranchers need to build sustainable businesses.
Applicants must be a first-time attendee to the school and run a minimum of 200 sheep. The scholarships may be applied to one of the next four classes being offered - Boise, Idaho, on Dec. 4-10; Colorado Springs, Colo., on Jan. 8-14, 2012; Billings, Mont., on Jan. 22-28, 2012; or Abilene, Texas, on May 6-12, 2012.

These scholarships are being made available through a grant received by the Ranching for Profit school from the National Sheep Industry Improvement Center.
