Sept. 12-15 will find Public Lands Council members from across the West gathering in Pendleton, Ore., to discuss the most pressing public lands issues, from grazing rights and grazing fees, to national monuments, to wild horse and burro management. There will be speakers from the Natural Resources Committee and the Heritage Foundation, the Wild Horse and Burro Advisory Board and more.
