Hirschorn, Vorchheimer Join Mountain States Rosen

Mark Hirschorn and David Vorchheimer, former chief operating officers and owners of Premier Veal, Inc., in New York City, have joined Mountain States Rosen, Bronx, N.Y.

"The timing of this event could not be better since it coincides with the completion of our new 20,000-square-foot, modern, case-ready plant addition at Hunts Point," said Mountain States Chief Executive Officer Bruce Rosen. "This $2 million dollar expansion incorporates the latest state-of-the-art technology for producing tray-ready packaging for both lamb and veal."

Both Hirschorn and Vorchheimer have been in the veal business their entire careers and are from families who have been in the veal business for several generations.
