PLC Announces Annual Meeting

The agenda for the 2009 Public Lands Council (PLC) Annual Meeting are taking shape. The conference will be held on Sept. 22-24, 2009, in Sacramento, Calif.

Tuesday's schedule includes presentations from the U.S. Forest Service, the Bureau of Land Management and the Society for Range Management as well as discussions about bighorn sheep and estate tax. Wednesday is reserved for association business, and a tour of the California wine country is schedule for Thursday.

The host hotel will be the Holiday Inn Capitol Plaza. Rooms can be reserved by calling the hotel direct at 916-446-0100.
