Rural Tour Web Site Introduced

On June 30, President Obama launched the Rural Tour, an effort to engage in a more robust dialog with folks living in rural America. The U.S. Department of Agriculture has introduced a new Web site, Rural Tour.gov, to follow the progress.
The site features an area where visitors can "Join the Conversation," or share their own stories, even if they are unable to make it to one of the rural tour forums personally. Information about upcoming events and reports from past forums are available as well as a "What's Working" section where people can share recovery act projects and stories about people who are making a difference in their community.
