February is for Lamb Lovers

This February, the American Lamb Board (ALB) is calling all lamb lovers to share their surefire recipes for romance with a month-long celebration and contest. From Feb. 1-28, the ALB Web site, www.americanlamb.com, will feature recipes to woo your loved ones, whether it is a show-stopping rack or a tender-loving loin chop, and ALB invites fans of lamb to submit their own tried-and-true dishes.

Each Friday in February, a new winning recipe will be named and featured on the Web site.
