The Department of Labor's Employment and Training Administration and the Employment Standards Administration issued a notice to announce that they will offer two public briefings to educate stakeholders and program users on the re-engineered program and new form designed for the H-2A foreign agricultural worker labor certification program.
The briefings will take place on Friday, Dec. 12, 2008, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. in Atlanta, Ga., and on Monday, Dec. 15, 2008, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. in Denver, Colo.
To register to attend one of the two briefing sessions, complete the registration process on-line at www.dtiassociates.com/oflcbriefings. Attendance will be limited to those who register online. In the event of cancellation or change, participants will be notified.
