January 18, 2008 - Veal and lamb processor Catelli Brothers nearly doubled the products in its Italian Bistro entr?e line and more than tripled the number of stores carrying the meals during 2007, the Collingswood, N.J.-based company announced in a news release.
Last year, Catelli added five new entrees to the Italian Bistro lineup: chicken marsala, chicken parmigiana, chicken piccata, lamb rosetta and veal parmigiana. The line now includes 11 products carried in more than 2,200 stores nationwide.
In 2008, Catelli plans to promote the entire Italia Bistro line through retail partnerships, broadcast advertising and regional cooking shows.
