October 26, 2007

October 26, 2007 - A Gallatin Valley sheep producer, John C. Paugh, has been named the 2007 Outstanding Agricultural Leader by the College of Agriculture at Montana State University (MSU).

Paugh has been in the livestock business his entire life and currently manages the family operation, Paugh Inc., with his wife of 55 years, Donna, raising sheep, cattle, grain and hay.

It was stated that Paugh "was by far an outstanding nominee and is without question deserving of this unique recognition. There is absolutely nowhere you can go in 'sheep circles' and not have someone ask 'Do you know John Paugh?' He is our Outstanding Agricultural Leader!"
