October 12, 2007 - Recently, Good Housekeeping
decorating editor, Laura Fenton, sang the praises of wool, when consumers are looking to buy a rug for their homes.
Fenton gave advice on what to look for when selecting the material for a rug, detailing the pros and cons of synthetic, cotton, plant-based fibers and wool.
"Wool rugs are the longest lasting and most durable," Fenton said. "Wool is also naturally stain resistant, so if you are ready to spend the money, wool is the best way to go." Reprinted in part from WJACtv.com
