February 16, 2007--The 2007 Public Lands Council (PLC) Spring Conference will be held in Washington, D.C., on March 26 and 27.
The two-day event will headline regulatory and legislative decision makers focusing on endangered species act implementation, new leadership at the Forest Service and the Bureau of Land Management, adapting to the changing political climate and much more.
