Wool Prices End Higher for Easter
March 25, 2005
March 25, 2005 -- ABC Australia reported this week the eastern market indicator for wool finished the week slightly higher on 728 cents a kilo clean. This is almost 20 cents below where the indicator sat at the start of 2005.
Close to 11 percent of the offering was passed this week with around 78,000 bales rostered for sale when auctions resume.
Wool sales have gone into Easter recess and will resume April 5.
