New ALB Brochure, "CURRICULAMB", Is Now Available

The American Lamb Board (ALB) has developed a new educational brochure designed to educate consumers, media, chefs and retailers about the many benefits of American lamb. The brochure includes information about nutrition, how American lamb is raised, cuts and cooking techniques and lamb consumption trends.
